In order to guarantee a peaceful stay for all our customers, ESI Grand Massif will apply sanitary measures to comply with the specific standards in force...

• Wearing a compulsory mask from 11years old on our meeting point, on the chairs lifts, in our office.
• Physical distancing of 1 meters between person.
• Small group from 4 to 9 students maximum max.

These measures may evolve depending of the national decisions, we will keep you informed...

In addition we will ask you, as far as possible, to:

•  To give priority to requests for information or booking by email lescarroz@esi-grandmassif.com or by phone +33 450 90 36 03 - +33 649 54 31 30, in order to limit traffic in our offices.
• Our team is at your disposal now and throughout the winter to help to enjoy the most of time.
• Our booking system is designed to be very flexible: remember as cancelation are free of charge up to 48h before the date of the service, and that any payment  or deposit will be refunded (see our GCS).
• Even if our activities are outdoor, we will ask you to minimize the number of accompanying people on our meeting point in order to reduce the number of people in our departure and return locations.
• The children are in good hands, you may see them evolving on  the slopes at any time during the lesson.
