Our booking system and your personal data
The personal data of ESI Grand Massif customers are only collected, processed and used without any other prior, express agreement to the extent, ythat is necessary for the conclusion and poper performance of the contract and for billing purposes.
The conclusion and proper performances of the contract generally require knowledge of the name, phone contact, and a valid email adress of the customer (knows as « Basic data »)
This data are collected throught the booking form, by phone or email.
Entering Credit card is totally secured! All the information are encoded (SSL protocol) before it is transmitted to the secure server of the ESI Grand Massif.
In addition of the contact details due to the booking, we keep information about the students enroling in our lessons for security reasons. Among details as:
- First Name, Name, Birth date.
- Level of practice.
- Additional information (allergies, medical problems or others)...

Internally, we might use certains pictures or videos taken during our lesson, to feed our website or social media.
This agrement is accepted by default in our General conditions of sale (CGV).
You can at any time, ask us to not use your picture, by contacting our office.

General information of the protection of the personnal data
The usage data require for invoicing,(know as billing data) is kept for the legal retention period from the date of issue of the invoice or payement transaction.If the customer disputes or does not pay the invoice after formal notice, the billing data will kept until the dispute is resolved.If these data are required within framework of legal , statutory or contractual obligations, ESI Grand Massif blocks then for this purpose.
If the conditions are met, ESI Grand Massif is authorized to collect, process and use the personnal data necessary to ascertain and stop illegal uses, as well to enforce its rights with regard to the customer. Insofar as this proves to be necessary, Esi Grand Massif is authorized to collect, process and use basic and connection data to ascertain, identify and eliminate malfunctions and faults in the communications systems.
In accordance with the law, ESI Grand Massif is authorized to inform the competent authorities in the context of criminal proceedings.
ESI Grand Massif guarantees to the custmer a right of access allowing himto obtain, free of charge and without delay, any information concerning his personal dat recorder by ESI Grand Massif.The right of access includes a right of information, in particular as regards the purposes of data processing , a right of rectification, erasure and blocking of data whose processing is not compliant.
Finally, at the request of of the person concerned, ESI Grand Massif provides complete information on the purpose of the transfert to third parties, the data transferred, the exact recipients of the information and the means implemented to supervise this transfert.
